ROTARY HOUSING FUND

IIt is a program to allow the purchase and renovation of workers' homes by the Employee Fund of Elite flowers. It works as part of the benefits of this same fund. Intended for this same stay, who is responsible for the monies of loan installments, as well as the interest generated by them, remain within the same revolving fund, and not for other programs of the Fund of employees of the company.

INCLUSION PROGRAM

It benefits deaf and hard of hearing students in the municipality of Facatativá. This Program has been running for 6 years. Currently it is carried out through an agreement with the municipal administration, and for this, the Foundation makes monthly contributions.

All the students of this program are enrolled in an official school, in this case in the Manuela Ayala School in Gaitán, where the students of the baccalaureate level attend. While those who do not have sufficient knowledge in the areas of: Sign Language, Spanish, Mathematics, attend the FUNDACIÓN FERNANDO BORRERO CAICEDO SCHOOL, receiving the benefits of school transportation, full meals, that is: breakfast, nines, lunch and dinner ; besides participating in all the school activities of the school, but without paying any monthly pension, unlike the students of the FUNDACIÓN FERNANDO BORRERO CAICEDO SCHOOL, whose attendants if they pay a monthly amount

EDUCATION PROGRAM FOR ADULTS OF ELITE FLOWERS

To complete the primary and baccalaureate studies of the workers. The Foundation finances up to 90% of tuition and pensions. The program is managed by the Elite Flowers training area, but it is a program of the Foundation.

WOMAN 20/20

It is a project that started in 2007, and has been satisfactorily maintained. It consists of making an intervention in the female adolescent population of Facatativa, in order to avoid their involvement in risk factors. For this, work is done in the areas: family, school system, opportunities for the future, use of free time. It seeks to combat conditions, situations and life circumstances that favor risk factors.

The program has initially worked with students of the Silveria Espinoza School, but it will expand the coverage through more agreements with other schools, thus benefiting more children of Elite Flowers workers, as well as people who do not belong to the company.

NEUROPSYCHOLOGY SERVICE

It is a program in charge of Dr. Carmen Mary González Fernández specialist in Neuroeducation and neurorehabilitation, who evaluates and makes treatment plans and therapeutic processes to students of the FUNDACION FERNANDO BORRERO CAICEDO SCHOOL. Learning problems have been detected by evaluating the cases, which have been intervened, developing treatment plans for the children of this program.

FAMILY ADVISORY.

This program is aimed at Elite workers who present interpersonal problems and raising their children, also attending to addiction problems. It is managed through conversational sessions with the support of a group of physicians from the Juan N. Corpas University Foundation, with the aim of finding solutions to these problems as soon as possible. This program has yielded good results, and the people who have been served are satisfied with the services provided

PROGRAM OF INTERVENTION IN CHRONIC DISEASES NOT TRANSMISSIBLE IN THE WORKERS OF THE ELITE COMPANY.

60% of sick employees are not well controlled due to unhealthy lifestyle habits.

After the Valentine's season of 2018, the program will be extended to all employees of the company ELITE, in order to acquire good habits of life.

All of these programs work with the WHOLE FOODS FUNDACIÓN FERNANDO BORRERO CAICEDO and the ELITE Employees Fund.

PREVENTION OF ADDICTIONS

It begins to work in the first weeks of March 2018. It will be directed to the Elite staff, mainly to the formation of dads in the prevention of addictive behaviors to drugs and alcohol in their children.

FOOD AND NUTRITION PROGRAM

Human beings require food to meet their own physiological needs of development and maintenance, so we have created a component in the educational environment where we address not only the processes related to food but also decided to venture into the teaching and training of adequate food and nutritional habits.

We have professionals specialized in the field and we develop our food and nutrition education program in the school environment.
